At Spectra Baby Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your parcel at any authorized Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
